We are a modern Law Firm and have a Head Office in Cheltenham and meeting rooms at various locations throughout Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. We can even arrange an evening or Saturday appointment for those who cannot arrange time off work.
Further, as we appreciate that a lot of our clients are very busy, we are also happy to meet at an alternative suitable location. In certain circumstances we are able to offer a home visit service. We will always do our best to meet your individual requirements.
We work in a modern and flexible way and believe that this way of working assists the busy client. We aim to keep our cost to a minimum for the client. We go some way in achieving this by offering a free first appointment. Further by using one main Head Office and then using Conference Rooms in various locations goes some way in avoiding the costs involved in having many High Street offices. So taking away the need for unnecessary costs related to support staff between the client and solicitor and so by using on line secretarial support, on line case management and accounts, offering a direct line to your solicitor and email serves to provide a more cost effective, fast and efficient service to the client.
The direct line and email approach also means that you can contact your solicitor out of hours. We offer a very flexible approach to this and Dianna in particular often takes telephone calls and responds to emails out of hours. This again suits the needs of a busy client who is often too busy at work during the day to deal with personal matters. We aim to offer this direct, modern and flexible approach to support clients in that situation. We also offer evening and Saturday Appointments to again take account of the clients needs and circumstances.
Telephone and Email
For those clients who do not live locally or are simply too busy to attend face to face meetings, we can offer telephone conferences. We also keep in regular contact with clients via email, meaning that we provide an excellent service regardless of where you live or how busy you are.

Support staff include: Linda an experienced personal assistant who deals with the day to day typing of all documents and correspondence.
Milly - who deals with the day to day office management of the firm and administration surrounding this.
Dan - who deals with various tasks with regard to administration.
Virtual Practices - deal with our accounts / legal cashiering and on line data base and case management system.
Your first contact to this firm may be to a receptionist who will direct your call or take a message if a solicitor is not available to take your call there and then.
We use only senior Solicitors to deal with your matter personally and only instruct should this be necesssary to assist in the successful conclusion of your case, only the very best Barristers.
