We are insured by Travelers Professional Risks Limited. It is a condition of our policy that notification of claims and circumstances is required to be made to Lockton Companies International Limited, North Quay, Temple Back, Bristol, BS1 6FL.
The territorial coverage of our insurance is worldwide and the limit of indemnity is £2million for any one claim.

Complaints Procedures
Should you have a complaint about our service or conduct our internal complaints procedures are generally the appropriate starting point. A copy of our complaints procedure is available on request and we will do our best to resolve any complaints that you may have.
Should we not be able to resolve your complaint there are complaints and redress mechanisms provided through the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Legal Complaints Ombudsman.
