If you are experiencing difficulties with your spouse or ex-partner concerning your child you may need to apply to the court in order to resolve an issue such as when contact is to take place, or who your child is to live with.
We are able to provide expert advice on a number of different applications that can be made depending upon the difficulties you are experiencing.
We offer a Package fee in relation to Contact and Residence applications.
